ranging from 7 days to 1 month per your choice. Big orders need 5–21 working days for production
and materials, 1–3 days for testing, and 1 day for packing, so 7–25 days excluding shipping.
Q6. As long term clients, what other service we can get?
A: Long-term customers are provided new products with orders to check market potential and gain
reselling rights in their district, lower fees for small purchases, and help with custom promotional visuals.
Q7. How long is warranty for the cable, and if defective or faulty, how to protection your benifits?
A: Cables are warranted for 12–36 months. For big orders, we supply 0.3%–0.5% extra units for
defects. If more than 5 units (under 0.1%) are faulty, notify sales with photos, and we’ll replace
them or refund you.
